Here's the question gentlemen. Firstly, Lets for example a track with 8 rated. What's the correction for it with rated 9.5? Is it after when mastering it? Or is it interesting/high potential? If a track rated 10, what's the good point for the track?

For me the rate is useless i prefer good critics and comments of the track. Why do i careless about the rates ? because we are not the same, some people are gonna find your tracks amazing and some people are gonna think its a piece of crap.
BTW between 8 and 9.5 the difference is 1.5

the 0-10 scale is very well translated here on idj.or u do your own translation dividing you like or dislike by 20. So theres is no explanation besides a 1,5 point diference ,like xploitsound said some will like,some dont, some review with a method way others with another one.
for me: 8-i like
8.5- i like a lot
9-i love
9.5 - i love a lot
10- i envy your skills

0.5-2 = Kill yourself, quickly
2.5-3 = I sawed off my ears without anesthetic upon hearing your merciless garbage

4.5-5 = Average, pick any mainstream song/track
5.5-8.5 = Should ideally be the sweet zone
9-9.5 = Pretty damn good

In My Humble Opinion,.the differece beetween the 8 rate n the 9.5 rate is..
8 mean the reviewer feel that u have a good track,.but they not like it they much..
9.5 mean the reviewer absolutely love ur track,n stream it at least 7 times
10 means the reviewer feel ur tracks u do is same as like tiesto do!!
11 mean the reviewer is sick!! lol
